Shipping, Ordering & Payment Information

Shipping:
1. Shipping and handling to anywhere in the USA is US$7 for one video. Please inquire about faster shipping methods/prices and overseas shipping prices.
2. Please specify full name and address of person/organization to be invoiced.
3. Please specify full name and address of where to ship video(s).

Orders:
1. Please specify which LANGUAGE version is required.
2. Please specify what VIDEO FORMAT is required: ie, VHS NTSC (North American system); VHS PAL (Anglophone / International); or VHS SECAM (Francophone).

Payment:
1. Company or personal check; or International Money Orders in US Dollars only made out to MFDI. Checks must be in US Dollars drawn on a US Bank only.

2. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover also accepted. Credit card number, expiration date and name on card required. Complete “Bill to” and “Ship to” addresses also required.

3. Wire transfer directly to MFDI bank account. Please email (sales[at]mfdi.org) for bank details.
