Often problems result from issues related to the specific TV / VCR set up, so it is always best to try a second TV / VCR if you are experiencing a problem. Once you’ve determined that the problem is with the video, please contact us at: sales@mfdi.org
We will replace any faulty video free, but we generally cannot cover international shipping.
